Online payments

The trusted international PayPal online payment service is used for credit/debit card processing although you do not need a PayPal account to pay for your purchases. We are a fully Verified PayPal business member with over one thousand reputation points and the payment system is protected by fully secure 128 bit encryption.

All pricing is in UK Pounds Sterling GBP and includes VAT @ 17.5%

Having selected the item you require, please click '+add to basket' next to the item. It will then appear in your shopping basket along with any other items you may have previously added. Once your purchases are complete, please click 'Proceed to Checkout' to arrange online payment by credit/debit card or direct from a PayPal account.

Cheque/Bank Transfer payment

We also accept payment by UK Sterling Postal Orders • UK Sterling Cheques from a UK Bank • UK Sterling Direct Bank to Bank Transfers via BACS/CHAPS/SWIFT/EUROGIRO networks.

How to pay using Cheque/Bank Transfer:

• 1. To calculate total price & shipping costs, +add your items to basket and select your country.
         If your country is not yet listed, contact us for a shipping quote.
• 2. Proceed to Checkout and select relevant Payment Method
• 3. Enter Address Details
• 4. Review Order
• 5. Make Payment - Print out payment details and make a note of your Order number.
  - PO/Cheques write your Order number, name and postcode on back of PO/Cheque
  - Bank Transfers/SWIFT/EUROGIRO enter Order number as payment message/reference

Please allow time for Postal Orders, Cheques, Direct Bank to Bank Transfers and PayPal eCheques to arrive and for banking clearance. We will email you to confirm that we have received your payment. Goods remain our property until your payment has cleared.

We can also provide a proforma invoice if required.

Delivery/Shipping Services

Depending on the weight of the goods ordered and your location, we use one of the UK or International delivery services listed below. The shopping basket calculates the post and packing charge during the checkout. If your country is not yet listed, contact us for a shipping quote.

All delivery services used include insurance. All parcels need to be signed for and are tracked using a unique number. We will confirm the parcel reference number by email when your goods are despatched.

Intra-EU Trade Sales

We can accept Intra EU trade orders online for business purchases. Add your items to the basket, select your EU country (non UK) and a check box will show 'I am a EU VAT/TVA number holder'. Tick the box to confirm and prices will be automatically shown with VAT/TVA at 0% (zero rated). Complete the checkout process including adding your VAT/TVA number and payment. When we process your order we will manually check your VAT/TVA status. In some cases we may need further information before processing your order such as a purchase order with your Company information.

Stock Availability

We hold very good stocks of all items at our UK warehouse. Where availability is limited this is shown on the website. UK orders for smaller items received before 4pm Monday-Friday are normally despatched same working day. (For larger items 2pm).
