A. Credit/Debit Card Payments

Credit/debit cards and business charge cards are processed by the well respected SECPay secure online payment processing service. We are a fully Authorised SECPay merchant and the payment system is protected by fully secure 128 bit encryption. B. PayPal Payments

PayPal Instant Payments, PayPal eCheques/eChecks
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron, Visa Delta, Solo, AMEX.

We accept payments via the trusted international PayPal online payment service both from customers with an existing PayPal account and from customers without a PayPal account wishing to make a one-off payment via the system. One-off payments can be made using the 'Guest Checkout' for the more popular credit/debit cards and business charge cards including American Express.

You do not need a PayPal account to pay for your purchases as PayPal account sign-up is optional in many countries including the UK.

We are a fully Verified PayPal business member with over one thousand reputation points and the payment system is protected by fully secure 128 bit encryption. More detailed information on PayPal is available at http://www.paypal.co.uk

All pricing is in UK Pounds Sterling GBP and includes VAT @ 17.5%

European customers may also make payments in € EUR (some payment methods only)

Having selected the item you require, please click '+add to basket' next to the item. It will then appear in your shopping basket along with any other items you may have previously added. Select your country from the drop down list as required and the postage & packing/shipping charge will be calculated automatically for the items and the total shown. European customers may also choose € EUR pricing instead of £ GBP (some payment methods only). Once your purchases are complete, please click 'Proceed to Checkout' to arrange online payment by credit/debit card or direct from a PayPal account.

Cheque/Bank Transfer payment

We also accept payment by UK Sterling Postal Orders • UK Sterling Cheques from a UK Bank • UK Sterling Direct Bank to Bank Transfers via BACS/CHAPS/SWIFT/EUROGIRO networks.

How to pay using Cheque/Bank Transfer:

• 1. To calculate total price & shipping costs, +add your items to basket and select your country and currency.
         If your country is not yet listed, contact us for a shipping quote.
• 2. Proceed to Checkout and select relevant Payment Method
• 3. Enter Address Details
• 4. Review Order
• 5. Make Payment - Print out payment details and make a note of your Order number.
  - PO/Cheques write your Order number, name and postcode on back of PO/Cheque
  - Bank Transfers/SWIFT/EUROGIRO enter Order number as payment message/reference

Please allow time for Postal Orders, Cheques, Direct Bank to Bank Transfers and PayPal eCheques to arrive and for banking clearance. We will email you to confirm that we have received your payment. Goods remain our property until your payment has cleared.

We can also provide a proforma invoice if required.

Delivery/Shipping Services

Depending on the weight of the goods ordered and your location, we use one of the UK or International delivery services listed below. The shopping basket automatically calculates the post and packing charge during the checkout.

UK Delivery

• All Mainland UK except Highlands & Islands - BusinessPost next working day service
• Small items up to 250g are sent by recorded post (£3.50 rate only)
• Scottish Highlands and Islands, IOM and Northern Ireland - Parcelforce 48/Royal Mail (no surcharge)

UK orders received before 3pm Monday-Friday are normally despatched same working day for Next working day delivery*.

*Except Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands where delivery may be 1-3 working days.

Working days are Monday-Friday excluding UK Bank Holidays.

Where possible we aim to despatch orders received up to 4pm but this depends on collection schedules which may vary from day to day.

Additional UK service options such as Saturday delivery and Before 10.30am are available at extra cost please enquire.

Parcels need to be signed for and are tracked using a unique number. We will email you the parcel information when we despatch your goods. In our experience, the vast majority of parcels arrive within the above schedule, however, this is not guaranteed.

All delivery services used include insurance with the exception of Parcels sent to Russia and Macedonia. All parcels need to be signed for and are tracked using a unique number. We will confirm the parcel reference number by email when your goods are despatched.

Intra-EU Trade Sales

We welcome orders from EU businesses. For shipping cost, '+ add to basket' and select your country. You will see you order total including shipping cost. Payments may be made in £ GBP or € EUR.

EU VAT registered businesses
If your business is VAT registered, we can accept Intra-EU trade orders online. + Add your items to basket, select your EU country from country list and check box will show 'I have an EU VAT number. Tick the box to confirm and prices will be automatically shown with VAT at 0% (zero rated).

Complete the checkout process including adding your VAT number and payment. When we process your order we will manually check your VAT status. In some cases we may need further information before processing your order such as a purchase order with your Company information.

Spain - IVA registered businesses only
Your IVA number must be registered with the Spanish IVA authority to allow Intra-EU trade purchases to be zero rated 0% for tax purposes. Please ask your accountant to register your IVA number with the IVA authority before making your purchases.

UK VAT registered businesses
As we are registered for VAT in the UK, our website prices include UK VAT @ 17.5%. A full VAT receipt is supplied in the parcel with the goods to allow UK VAT registered businesses to reclaim VAT in the usual way.

Stock Availability

We hold very good stocks of all items at our UK warehouse. Where availability is limited this is shown on the website. UK orders for items received before 3pm Monday-Friday are normally despatched same working day.
