Seven Bulb Daylight Fluorescent SVOCT350P Studio Lighting Set

The extra high output Seven Bulb Daylight Fluorescent SVOCT350P Studio Lighting Bank Set allows easy and accurate adjustment of height and angle with an even spread of light from the included 85cm octagon softbox/reflector. There are further options to add an umbrella using the integral umbrella mount. Adjustable from 985mm (39") minimum to 2600mm (102") maximum height, the extra large light stands fold down for compact storage and portability.

Daylight fluorescent 5000k bulbs produce a cooler, whiter light (see example) than normal incandescent hot bulbs for better colour reproduction and easier isolation of your item and are especially suited to digital cameras. They are also more energy efficient, one 50w fluorescent bulb producing the equivalent amount of light to a normal 200w incandescent bulb so the 350w in each photographic flood light bank is equivalent to 1400w of normal incandescent bulb. We offer spare 50w (200w equivalent) daylight fluorescent bulbs in the accessories section below.

Versatile Light Control

With 3, 4 or 7 bulbs switchable on/off, flexible light control under varied conditions is available when used either standalone in the studio or when combined with larger sized photo light tents.

When used open, the reflector design encloses the full bulb length to control light spill and optimise forward beam projection. With the front diffusion cover attached, the octagon softbox diffuses light over a large area.

An integral umbrella slot allows the use of a photographic umbrella (available separately) for further diffusion options including catch lights.

UK and European 220V-240V 50Hz/60Hz specification

As standard, the lighting units are supplied with detachable 5 metre (16ft) power leads with UK mains plugs and connect to the lighting units via standard IEC earthed three pin connectors. The lighting units have integral fuses.

For European countries such as France, Belgium, Germany, Spain and Portugal the lighting units are supplied with detachable 5 metre power leads with earthed Schuko Euro plugs. For customers in Switzerland the lighting units are supplied with detachable 5 metre power leads with earthed 3 pin Swiss plugs.

For other countries using 220V-240V 50Hz/60Hz mains power supply, the supplied power lead may be replaced with a suitable locally sourced, IEC ended, earthed 3-pin lead if required. (please ask for details). IEC ended, earthed power leads are the same type of lead used for the vast majority of personal computers.
